Medal for Lifesaving

Here’s a little David Bowie; I’m going to make him into a medal for lifesaving. He survived a Seventies diet of milk and cocaine to become an example of Health and Strength; well done, Mr Bowie. Maybe not Mr Universe but a Master no less
